How the limits work

What counts as a post and a send?
A post counts when it leaves draft, by posting now or scheduling it. A send is one post going to one account, so a post to ten accounts is one post and ten sends. Drafts count for nothing.
What is media sent?
The size of each picture or video, counted once for every account it goes to. A 40 MB video posted to ten accounts is 400 MB. Stored files are deleted 30 days after their post finishes, and files never added to a post after 7 days.
What happens at a limit?
Posting now, scheduling and retrying stop, with a message that names the limit. Drafts still save. A retry you start counts its sends and media again, because the files go out again. The count starts again on the first of the month, in UTC.
Does X cost extra?
No charge from us. X bills the app that posts for every post, so when you connect X through Postwyre's X app, each plan has a monthly limit on X posts. Billed monthly, Starter gets 280 (14 with a link) and Pro gets 280 (14 with a link). Billed yearly, Starter gets 100 (4 with a link) and Pro gets 100 (4 with a link). If you use your own X developer app instead, X bills you directly and the limit does not apply.
How does the trial work?
It lasts 7 days and takes a card up front. It is capped at 20 posts and 100 sends for the whole trial, so you can try the whole flow before the first charge. There is one trial per person and per card.
Is a plan per login or per workspace?
Per workspace. A workspace is one set of accounts and one queue, and a second workspace needs its own plan.
